We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Basketball Development to help shape the future of our program and the young people within it. This is a Permanent Full-Time, Term Time + 6 Non-Term Weeks commencing Term ******.

About The Role

Working closely with the Director of Basketball & Head Coach of Basketball the role of Head of Basketball Development will play an important role in the leadership, development and delivery of the Knox Basketball Program.

This is a unique opportunity to:

Lead the continued development and improvement of the Knox Basketball program across all year levels and abilities.

Create an engaging, positive and progressive learning environment.

Support both student and coach development, basketball education, facilities and program performance.

Promote collaboration, integrity, cooperation and teamwork.

Operational & logistical support of the basketball program in the school.

What You'll Bring





We're seeking a basketball professional who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for developing young people.

You will bring:

Basketball coaching experience at a high level.

Association Coach Level 2 accreditation (or higher).

Experience working with young athletes in school, representative or elite environments.

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

The ability to inspire students and coaches to achieve their potential
