We are currently looking to develop multiple casual opportunities to build a pool of Educators and Inclusion Support workers within Browns Plains and the surrounding suburbs. Interested in working elsewhere in Southeast Queensland?
What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver high-quality, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care and education
Foster safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
Work collaboratively with early learning teams to support every child's growth, confidence, and wellbeing
Choose shifts that suit your lifestyle and availability
What You'll Need:
Completed qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (Cert III or Diploma)
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), NQF (National Quality Framework), and principles of child protection and safeguarding
First Aid & CPR Certification (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
Minimum 12 months' experience in an early childhood setting
Child Protection Training
Safe Sleep Training
Fire Safety Training




Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certification
Casual loading and above-award pay
Competitive hourly rates starting at $***** - $***** (Cert III or Diploma Levels)
