Store Manager – South Yarra, Melbourne (Full-Time)

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in South Yarra. This is a full-time, position where you'll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top-tier customer service.

Location: Chapel st, South Yarra, Melbourne
n Hours: 38 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturday
n Start Date: Immediate
n Wage: Level 6 Award Wage

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead and support the retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met
n
Manage store sales and KPIs
n
Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets
n
Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance
n
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work environment
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n




At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred)
n
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
n
Results-driven, with a focus on customer service
n
Confident communicator with excellent people skills
n
Organised, reliable, and a problem-solver
n
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
n
Fluent in English
n
