AllAces Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our NSW team. We deliver high-quality restoration and remediation services, including water, fire, mould, odour, and biohazard projects. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and eager to develop into a future Lead Technician.

About the Role
n
As a Restoration Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting and completing restoration jobs to a high standard. You will work closely with senior and lead technicians, learning advanced restoration processes and gaining the experience needed to step into a Lead Technician role over time.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Carry out hands‐on restoration work across water, fire, mould, odour, and biohazard jobs
n
Assist with site assessments, inspections, and moisture readings
n
Follow all WHS and environmental compliance requirements
n
Complete job documentation and communicate progress to supervisors
n
Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working condition
n
Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values
n
Participate in the on‐call roster for after‐hours emergency work
n

Physically fit and confident with hands‐on work

Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
Ability to obtain Police Clearance and Blue Card
n
Up‐to‐date Hepatitis A, B, and Tetanus vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
n
Experience in restoration or related fields (water, fire, mould, odour, biohazard)
n
IICRC certifications (training provided if not already certified)
n
