, working closely with our tradespeople, clients and leadership team to keep operations running smoothly, build robust relationships and drive business growth.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a trade or mining professional looking to transition into an operational leadership role.
Your day-to-day will include:
Monday to Friday | 6am – 4pm | Hamilton-based
Lead, coordinate and support a team of Mechanical Tradespeople across NSW
Manage labour requirements and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees and key stakeholders
Drive team performance, engagement and accountability
Recognise achievements and create a positive team culture
Support recruitment, including interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding
Travel regularly to sites to engage with clients and employees and conduct performance and safety checks




Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen your client portfolio
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
A Mechanical Trade Qualification – highly regarded
Experience in operations, coordination or leadership within the Mining or Heavy Industry space
A robust background in Mobile or Fixed Plant Maintenance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
A genuine drive to build a successful team and grow the business
