About The Role
Bio Gro is currently looking for an Agricultural Graduate to join the team at our Mount Gambier, South Australia site.
The successful applicant will join Bio Gro's Agriculture Division, designed to provide broad practical experience across sales and marketing, operations, research and quality assurance.
The role provides exposure to the agricultural supply chain from product development and production through to marketing, sales and customer outcomes, while developing the technical, commercial and operational skills required to build a successful career in agriculture.
The Agricultural Graduate will work with growers, farmers, agronomists, rural retailers, distributors,



industry partners and Bio Gro's internal teams. The role will operate across pastures and livestock systems, broadacre cropping and horticulture, with a particular focus on soil health, organic matter, nutrient cycling, biological activity, soil structure and the role of organic inputs within productive and sustainable farming systems.
Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To
Develop broad practical knowledge of Bio Gro's agricultural products, markets and operations
Build capability across sales, marketing, operations, research and quality assurance
Support the Agriculture team in developing and maintaining customer and industry relationships
Assist with agricultural research, trials, demonstrations and data collection
Develop an understanding of product quality, specifications and quality assurance processes
Gain practical understanding of agricultural production systems and customer requirements
Identify opportunities for improved products, processes and customer outcomes.
About You
University degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Horticulture or related discipline
Strong interest in agronomy, soil health and sustainable farming systems
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Practical and hands-on approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence communicating with customers, growers and industry stakeholders
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
Willingness to travel and spend time working in the field.
