Public Dining Room is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant seating 120 guests on Sydney's beautiful Balmoral Beach. Since opening in ****, we've built a loyal following among Mosman locals, known for quality food, fresh local ingredients with global influences, and warm, qualified service.

We're looking for experienced Waiters with excellent communication skills, a polished presentation, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Whether you're building a career in the industry or looking for rewarding work alongside study, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Need
A passion for food and great customer service
The ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure




Strong communication and organisational skills
A well-presented, reliable approach to work
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Prior experience as a section waiter preferred
