Kilcoolin Holdings is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to join our team in Euroa, Victoria. This is a full-time position that offers a unique prospect to lead and oversee all operational aspects of our farming enterprise. As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, day-to-day management, and continuous improvement of our farming operations.

The property is a **** acre mixed farm including sheep (Merino and crossbred), cattle (Angus) and cropping.

The position includes quality on farm accommodation suitable for a family.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day farming operations, including crop management, livestock husbandry, and pasture maintenance
n
Manage and supervise farm staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
n




Monitor and maintain farm equipment and infrastructure, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs
n
Plan and execute seasonal farming activities, from planting and harvesting to animal breeding and veterinary care
n
Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff
n

What we're looking for

Minimum 3+ years of experience in farm management or a similar senior agricultural role
n
Strong knowledge of crop production, livestock management
n
Team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
n
Valid driver's licence and willingness to operate farm machinery and equipment
