Wholesale Business Development Manager – Window Furnishings

We are a Melbourne-based window furnishings wholesaler, supplying plantation shutters, curtains, roller blinds and outdoor blinds, supported by our own local manufacturing facilities. We are looking for an experienced industry sales professional to develop and grow our wholesale customer network across Melbourne and Victoria. Your main focus will be finding and developing new wholesale accounts, including window furnishing retailers, resellers, builders and other industry partners.

Key responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new wholesale customers
n
Build strong, long-term relationships with wholesale clients
n
Promote our full range of shutters, curtains, roller blinds and outdoor blinds
n
Grow sales and expand our wholesale customer network
n
Manage customer relationships and follow up on new business opportunities
n
Work independently to achieve business development and sales targets
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous experience in shutters, blinds, curtains or window furnishings is highly preferred
n




Strong sales and business development experience
n
Positive knowledge of the Melbourne window furnishings market
n
Proven ability to develop new B2B / wholesale accounts
n
Confident in approaching new customers and building relationships
n
Self-motivated and able to work independently
n
Existing industry contacts and customer networks will be highly regarded
n
