We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused
Nursery Sales Specialist
to join our busy retail nursery team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice on plant selection, care, and garden solutions.
Assisting with daily nursery operations,



including stock maintenance, watering, merchandising, and displays.
Driving retail sales and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintaining high standards of presentation and stock health across the nursery floor.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Education:
Certificate I or higher in Horticulture (or equivalent industry experience).
Plant Knowledge & Sales Focus:
Proven retail sales experience paired with strong general plant knowledge.
Physical Capability:
Ability to comfortably perform physical, manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather).
Professionalism:
Exceptional personal presentation, strong attention to detail, and a warm, customer-first attitude.
Core Skills:
Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and a reliable team-player mindset.
