What You'll Do
n
As part of our Direct-to-Consumer team, you'll support eCommerce order fulfilment across our products, while also helping to coordinate the retail clearance outlet.
n
This varied role combines warehouse fulfilment, print-on-demand production and retail customer service, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time, stock flows smoothly, and customers receive a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Pick, pack and coordinate eCommerce orders accurately and within required fulfilment timeframes.
n
Produce and dispatch personalised card orders with robust attention to detail and quality.
n
Check products for defects, errors, prohibited content or other quality issues before dispatch.




n
Support the efficient flow and organisation of inventory across the warehouse and clearance outlet.
n
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail clearance space, while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
n
n
The hourly rate for this role is $***** per hour with an immediate start date available.
n
Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and comfortable working across both warehouse and retail environments. You will bring strong attention to detail, a customer-focused approach and the ability to meet tight fulfilment deadlines.
n
You must also have
n
n
Experience working in a retail store setting.
n
Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
High attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
n
Knowledge of eCommerce fulfilment, warehouse operations or print-on-demand processes will also be highly regarded.
