Outbound Sales Consultant – Real Estate

You'll be speaking with mostly warm leads, building rapport, asking effective questions and identifying opportunities to book qualified prospects into Discovery Meetings with our Property Advisors.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Making ******* outbound calls per day, primarily to warm leads.
n
Having approximately ***** genuine conversations each day.
n
Building rapport and asking effective questions to understand each prospect's circumstances.
n
Booking 15 qualified Discovery Meetings per week.
n
Following up with prospects to confirm attendance and maximise kept appointments.
n
Participating in daily coaching, call reviews, role-plays and structured sales training.
n
Consistently working toward individual activity and performance targets.
n
n
This is a role where your activity, skills and results matter. You'll be expected to maintain energy and focus throughout the day, handle rejection professionally and continue improving through feedback and repetition.
