I am currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a leading Tier 1 builder working on a major Olympic-related project in Brisbane.
The project forms part of the Olympic works and includes high‐rise towers, making this an excellent opportunity to join a major project with significant scale and long‐term career opportunities.
The Role
You will join an experienced project and HSE team, providing day‐to‐day safety support across the delivery of the development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‐to‐day HSE support across the project.
Conduct site inspections, audits, observations and risk assessments.
Review SWMS, permits and high‐risk construction activities.
Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Engage with subcontractors and site teams to drive a proactive safety culture.
Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, project requirements and company systems.
Work closely with the project team to identify and manage safety risks.
About You




Previous experience as a Safety Advisor
High‐rise experience is highly desirable, particularly experience working across major commercial or residential developments.
Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and contractor engagement.
Confident communicating with site teams, subcontractors and senior management.
Practical, proactive and solutions‐focused approach to safety.
Relevant WHS qualifications.
