About the Role

This position drives strategic and operational communication services to shape and advance key initiatives. Operating across public and private sector networks, the role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring high impact messaging and aligned organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead, develop, and execute innovative communication and media strategies across multiple channels to reach internal and external audiences.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships across internal teams, key industry partners, and government stakeholders.
n
Produce and review high-quality content, including media announcements, talking points, Q&As;, and digital messaging.
n
Provide strategic advice to business units, support brand ambassadors,



and coordinate executive speaking engagements and media preparation.
n
Monitor, source, and analyse media insights to drive continuous improvement.
n
Location: Brisbane, QLD

Work Type: 6 Month contract

Key Capabilities
n
n
Familiarity with government practices, approval pathways, and operating within ministerial frameworks.
n
Proven capability to work independently, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
n
Sound judgement regarding risk mitigation and issue escalation, combined with a commitment to continuous learning
