We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced pre-sale tech supports to join our global CCTV surveillance team! The person we're looking for is dynamic, aggressive and most importantly, customer focused. You'll likely be experienced in physical security and ready to see the inside of a business with what we believe is the right recipe for our customers.

Role Overview:
n
You will join our tight-knit team and provide productive and exceptional product solution and training across all areas of the business. UNV is renowned for providing IP Cameras, PTZ Cameras, NVRs, VMS, Storages, Displays and related hardware & software.
n
Full-time position with UNV
n
Conduct technical support presentations, field trials,



and demonstrations to showcase our products and solutions.
n
Educate clients on our offerings, increasing their knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
n
Help with local brand building activities to improve our brand awareness.
n
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Teamviewer
n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
n
Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to help them resolve their issues
n
Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study
n
About you:
n
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline is preferred
n
At least 1-2 years working experience in CCTV and relevant industry.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
High degree of initiative
n
Strong problem-solving skills
n
The motivation to grow and succeed within a company
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Fluent in English and Mandarin
n
