We are recruiting a friendly, confident and experienced
Administration, Sales & Customer Service Officer
who is reliable, has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience with Xero.
About the Opportunity:
You will work in a friendly team environment and play a vital role to ensure that a high standard of customer service is provided to our customers, as well as complete a variety of administration tasks to a high quality - you will be the first point of contact for all walk-in, phone and online enquiries.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months administration experience to be considered for this position.
What We Offer:
Full Time position (no weekends): Monday-Friday: 7am to 3:30pm, Fridays: 7am to 12:30pm
Immediate start if available for the right canditate

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
General Administration & Reception Duties, including:
Processing online orders
Replying to customer enquiries via email and social media platforms
Greeting and assisting our walk-in customers
Booking shipments and data entry in Microsoft Excel
Use of XERO - experience essential
Gaining an understanding of 70 Series Landcruiser models and our relevant products - training provided
Adhere to WH&S; standards at all times; and
Contribute to our positive workplace culture and environment

A solid team player
Drivers licence and own transport required
