The Role
As a Trainer & Assessor, you'll work directly with apprentices and employers, delivering practical training and assessment across Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrotechnology.
You will:
Deliver on-site training and assessment in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and/or Electrotechnology
Mentor apprentices through their trade journey
Build strong relationships with employers to support apprentice progression
Conduct workplace visits and practical assessmentsHelp shape the future of the trade through quality, industry-relevant training
What We're Looking For
Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and/or Electrotechnology
Restricted Electrical Licence
Current industry experience and solid technical knowledge (3 years post trade experience)
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****/TAE*****) — or willingness to obtain, with Get Skilled Trainings support
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Agenuine passion for mentoring and developing tradespeople
