Job Description
Salesforce in Sydney is seeking an Informatica Renewals Manager to own the renewal process for a portfolio of accounts, engaging customers up to 180 days ahead of expiry and collaborating across customer success, legal, and operations to protect and grow subscription revenue.

You will analyze usage data, identify renewal risks, negotiate terms, and drive uplift and multi-year renewals while balancing customer needs with business goals in a hybrid, office-flex workplace.
