Carpentry ASAP Pty Ltd T/A Jeffersons Flooring is seeking experienced Finishing
Carpenters/Flooring
installers to join our team in Cheltenham, Victoria. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a leading provider of high-quality timber flooring solutions.
n
Perform precision finishing work on timber floors, including sanding, staining, installation and nosing manufacture
n
Install and fit skirting boards, trims, and other finishing touches
n
Ensure all work meets the company's high standards of quality and safety
n
Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional customer service
n
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
n
What we're looking for
n
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter/timber floor layer or in a similar role
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
n
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment
n
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Valuable communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
n
Must live in Australia or moving to Melbourne.
