Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team at Rockhampton Tyres. This is a key customer-facing role combining sales, customer service and workshop coordination.

You'll be responsible for providing great service to our existing customers while also identifying opportunities to grow sales and develop new business. You'll work closely with our workshop team to ensure jobs are organised efficiently.

The role also includes getting out of the shop to visit commercial customers, strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones.

Key responsibilities

Front counter and phone sales
n
Following up quotes and sales opportunities
n
Building solid relationships with existing customers
n




Developing new commercial and fleet business
n
Visiting customers on-site
n
Coordinating bookings and assisting with daily workshop workflow
n
Liaising with workshop staff and customers regarding job progress
n
Invoicing, ordering and general office administration
n
Providing a high level of customer service from initial enquiry through to completion
n
