We areseekinga motivated and proactive HSEQ Coordinator to join our team based in Erskine Park, NSW. Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, this roleis responsible forsupporting the
development,implementationand
continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Workplace and Quality systems across the business.

You will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, supporting compliance with WHS legislation and company management systems, conducting site inspections and audits, and partnering with operational teams to ensure safe and efficient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Assistin the
development,implementationand
maintenance of HSEQ
policies,proceduresand
management systems
n
Conduct site
inspections,auditsand
workplace observations across multiple operational sites
n
Support risk management activities including hazard identification, riskassessmentsand SWMS development
n
Assistwith incident investigations and corrective action implementation to prevent recurrence
n
Coordinate and deliver HSEQ
training,inductionsand
awareness initiatives
n
Monitor compliance with relevant WHS and environmental
legislation,regulationsand
company requirements
n
Maintain HSEQ registers, records,reportsand documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
n
Support emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response planning and exercises
n
Engage with
workers,contractorsand
management to promote a positive safety culture
n




Assistwith internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Provide practical HSEQ advice and support to operational teams and supervisors
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Available to start immediately
n
Experience within civil construction,
quarrying,transportor
heavy industry environments (must)
n
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or higher qualification
n
2 years previousexperience in a HSEQ or Safety Coordinator role
n
Strong knowledge of WHS
legislation,regulationsand
risk management principles
n
Experience conducting site
inspections,auditsand
incident investigations
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Strong analytical,problem-
solvingandorganisationalskills
n
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple sites
n
High attention to detail and commitment
tomaintainingaccuraterecords
n
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and safety management systems
n
Current Driver Licence
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
n
