full-time Practice Nurse
to join our supportive team. You will work alongside our GPs and practice team to provide quality, patient-centred care to a diverse community.
About the Role
This is a varied general practice nursing role that includes:
Chronic disease management and health assessments
Patient triage and clinical observations
Immunisations and vaccine management
Wound care and management
Venepuncture and blood collection
IV cannulation
Patient recalls and follow-up care
Treatment room and cold chain management
About You
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is skilled, approachable and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.




Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and organisational skills
A collaborative and patient-centred approach
Highly regarded:
Recognised immunisation training
Venepuncture and IV cannulation competency
Experience with Best Practice Medical Software
Additional language skills
