An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly regarded real estate team in the South West.
n
Due to continued growth within the department, the team is looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of a well-structured portfolio. Unlike many traditional Property Management roles, you will have extensive onshore and offshore support, allowing you to focus on your clients and core Property Management responsibilities.

Monday to Friday – no weekends

Manageable and well-structured portfolio

Full-time leasing support
n
Dedicated offshore repairs coordinator to organise trades and maintenance

Dedicated offshore assistant

No ingoing inspections

Minimal involvement in maintenance coordination

The Role:
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n




n
Managing your own residential portfolio
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
Arrears management
n
Managing day-to-day Property Management communication
n
Handling escalated maintenance matters where required
n
Providing a high level of customer service to clients
n
Working closely with leasing, administrative and offshore support teams
n
Ensuring your portfolio remains compliant and well managed
n
n
About You:
n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience within residential real estate
n
Property Management experience highly regarded
n
Certificate of Registration
n
Current driver's license and reliable car
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
A proactive and customer-focused approach
n
Ability to work effectively within a highly structured and supportive team
n
Experience using Property Tree advantageous
n
