The Fancy Hank's Group is seeking Chefs -CDP /Commis chef to lead the charge in delivering exceptional food across our three venues. Our kitchen has just gone through major renovations to create a kitchen the top chefs dream of!

Our venues include Fancy Hank's, a long-standing BBQ institution, Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. Join our team as we take on the new and exciting challenge of cooking for three venues; barbecue, elegant canapes and contemporary pub classics.

The person we're looking for has
n
n
Passion for both cooking and learning
n




Minimum 2 years experience for CDP ,Minimum 1year experience for Commis chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working with medium to large teams
n
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
n
Candidates may apply for either CDP or Commis positions
n
Preference for American BBQ or wood-fired cooking experience.
