Town Automatics 4WD & Mechanical is small local family business, we have been at the same location for over 50 years and we are growing our operation. We specialise in Automatic Transmissions - Diagnosing / Servicing & Rebuilding Transmissions in house, we are a Distributor & Installer for Drivetech 4x4 Offroad & Recovery Equipment - Steering & Suspension Upgrades. We also provide log book servicing, minor & major mechanical repairs. We are also a Distributor for Gulf Western Oils. We are an approved RACQ Repairer, Members of MTAQ & IAME

Qualifications & experience
n
Must have robust mechanical background
n
Previous experience as Service Advisor recommended
n




Ability to time manage and work at a busy pace
n
Tasks & responsibilities
n
Providing friendly customer service face to face and phone calls, point of contact between customers and workshop
n
Schedule bookings and completion times for customers, ensure follow up bookings are scheduled
n
Monitor stock inventory, ordering of parts from suppliers
n
Organize freight inward and outward
n
Compile detailed reports to customers, complete invoicing
n
Enjoy working with a small family business, Social Club Outings
