The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and the business, your role may include:
Attending residential and commercial properties following water, fire, mould and other insured events
Moisture testing, mapping and reporting
Setting up, monitoring and removing drying equipment
Water extraction and structural drying




Mould remediation and specialised cleaning
Completing site reports and photographic documentation
Liaising with homeowners, insurers, builders and other stakeholders
For Senior Technicians - taking ownership of more complex restoration jobs and providing guidance to less experienced technicians
What I'm Looking For
Previous experience within
restoration, insurance building or a similar industry
Knowledge of water damage restoration, structural drying and/or mould remediation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload
Current Australian driver's licence
IICRC qualifications are highly regarded but
not essential for every opportunity
Experience supervising or mentoring other technicians will be highly regarded for senior positions
