As an experienced and passionate produce staff member, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide customers with a pleasurable shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Exceptional merchandising skills and/or willingness to learn
n
Exceptional fresh fruit & vegetable knowledge
n
Quality control, including stock rotation and waste management
n
Adhering to strict quality control measures and food safety standards
n
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the produce department and surrounding areas
n
Collaborating and working with the rest of the team to ensure efficient operation
n




Assisting customers in selecting premium products, providing product knowledge and excellent customer service
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a produce retail in a grocery setting.
n
Deep knowledge of produce, including seasonal product supplies.
n
Passionate about your role and can hit the ground running.
n
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
n
Ability to work autonomously as well as work harmoniously with other team members and take initiative as needed.
n
Strong communication skills: Ability to build rapport with both customers and team members.
n

We are looking for a casual employee with the opportunity of Full-Time or Part time employment.
n
This includes some early morning shifts (starting around 7 am) and must be available for weekend shifts.
n
Team member will need to be available to work a variety of shifts.
