We're looking for a qualified and motivated Mechanicto join our growing business.

As our Mine Fleet Management Portfolio grows, so does our team. Due to increased workloads, we are seeking skilled tradespeople who want to build a stable and rewarding career with a company that values its people.
The position available will initially be based at our town workshop facility on a 4/3 Dayshift only Roster- Monday to Thursday Shifts. (48 Hr Week)
The successful Applicant Will:
*Hold Relevant & Valid Trade Qualifications as Light Vehicle Mechanic- Minimum 2 years post trade experience
*Recognise and report worn or potentially dangerous components of our Client Vehicles
*Complete all compliance paperwork required of the Company for each job carried out- with attention to detail
*Hold a Current Manual Drivers Licence
*Have Excellent Customer Service & Time Management Skills
*Comply with WHS Rules, regulations & procedures
*Be Positive & have a can-do Attitude
*Be reliable & punctual on a daily basis
Be able to pass regular drug and alcohol testingBe an Australian Resident - No Sponsorship is available
*Have experience in Auto electrical - is preferred




*Be able to use iPad for completion of electronic jobs
The below would also be advantageous for the position, but not essential:
* Air Conditioning licence
*Current Mine Site Brake Testing Certification
*Current Standard 11 Certification or willing to obtain
*Current QLD Coal Board Medical or willing to obtain
We're seeking someone who's not only excellent on the tools but also has the potential to step up into a leading hand/ Supervisor role. You'll have the opportunity to take charge of the workshop and keep things running smoothly when management is away for the right candidate.
