Your Role
n
PHSA are seeking an experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across varying schemes includingWorkCover QLD, Comcare and Life Insurance.
n
Core tasks of the role will include Vocational Assessments, Case Conferencing with treating health professionals, Work Readiness Preparation and working in partnership with PHSA Employment Placement Specialists to achieve host and job placement outcomes.

What You'll Need
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology,



Occupational Therapy or Social Work
n
Membership/registration
with ASORC (full member), AHPRA or AASW
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation with demonstrated ability to achieve return to work outcomes
n
Experience working within Different Employer Services, Wellbeing Services and experience completing Vocational Assessments
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
Experience in clinical treatment or case management (or equivalent) highly regarded
n
Have a current driver's licence, motor vehicle and the ability to deliver face-to-face servicing as required
