Nurse Next Door Ballarat is looking for a confident, energetic go-getter to help us spread the word, build strong connections across our local community and grow our local business.

This is a hands‐on community partnerships and business development role for someone who loves meeting people, building genuine relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen — helping more people discover who we are, what we do and how we can support them.

YOUR IMPACT

Build genuine relationships with community members, GPs, hospitals, allied health, aged care, NDIS, Support at Home and community organisations
n
Get out into the community, attend events and create new connections
n
Build Nurse Next Door Ballarat's local presence, profile and community awareness
n
Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities
n
Organise meetings, presentations, information sessions and community events
n
Promote Nurse Next Door Ballarat and spread the word about what we do
n
Follow up connections and turn relationships into meaningful opportunities, partnerships and referrals
n
Take ownership of your relationships, opportunities, activity and results
n

Not afraid to stand out and represent a bold brand

Experience in business development, community engagement, sales, partnerships, relationship management or a similar role is highly regarded.
n
Experience in aged care, NDIS, Support at Home or community services is advantageous, but not essential.
n
Formal qualifications aren't essential. We're looking for the right person, attitude and ability to make things happen.

THE PROSPECT
