Adecco Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead its Security Team and drive compliant governance across a nationwide operation. You will report to the Group Chief Security Officer and collaborate with Defence stakeholders to manage risk and security outcomes.
You will oversee a small team of Security Officers, ensure DISP compliance, and act as the central security expert for governance, physical and personnel security across Adecco Australia and DFR.
