Atlas Events is looking for an organised and proactive
Event Operations Coordinator
to join our Sunshine Coast team.
This hands-on role will support the planning and delivery of our events, with responsibility for precinct operations, suppliers, infrastructure and community consultation administration.
The role
Prepare and maintain event and precinct operations plans.
Coordinate site layouts, infrastructure, signage, access and operational requirements.
Engage and coordinate event suppliers from planning through to delivery.
Monitor supplier costs against approved budgets and flag potential overruns.
Coordinate supplier bump-in and bump-out and manage event precinct setup.
Oversee precinct operations on event days and assist with resolving operational issues.
Prepare community consultation flyers,



signage and supporting materials.
Coordinate scheduled community consultation emails and maintain relevant records.
Support the wider operations team with event planning and delivery as required.
Attend and work at Atlas Events race weekends.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Can manage multiple suppliers, projects and deadlines.
Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Enjoys a quick-paced, hands-on event environment.
Is willing to travel and work weekends for events.
Previous experience in events, operations, logistics or a similar coordination role would be highly regarded.
