Exponet is seeking a driven and highly organised
Exhibition Project Coordinator
to join our team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end exhibition projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met — all while maintaining the highest level of service and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple exhibition projects from concept to completion
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
Preparing project budgets, schedules, and reports
Coordinating logistics, installation, and on-site delivery
Providing strategic oversight of project delivery.
Managing project resources and reporting directly to senior management.
Overseeing compliance,



risk management, and client stakeholder engagement.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and venue regulations
Troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure
Requirement
Proven experience in project management within the exhibitions, events, or related industries
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management
Ability to lead teams and manage contractors on-site
High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
Proficiency in project management tools/software (preferred)
