About the role:
n
We are looking for an experienced Afternoon Dispatch Leader to join our Jandakot site on the day shift 2pm- 10 pm. This is a key role for someone who is organised, service‐oriented, safety‐focused, and able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Organise and coordinate daily metro runs, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery schedules
n
Put together transport plans and liaise with drivers and external providers
n
Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately
n
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control
n
Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics or transport issues promptly
n
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
n
Work autonomously while maintaining a strong team‐focused approach
n
n
Note: This role has no direct reports,



but requires leadership through coordination, communication, and ownership of the day logistics function.

Experience in load restraint, logistics, and transport coordination
n
Highly organised, safety‐focused, and committed to safe work practices
n
Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
n
Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt when priorities shift
n
Service‐oriented mindset – customer first
n
Forklift licence and truck licensing (advantageous but not necessary)
n
