Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager

Key responsibilities

Process applications
n
Assist the property management team in finding suitable tenants for their properties

Answer phones, and respond to tenant and applicant enquiries
n
Assist Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio management
n
Coordinate maintenance and contractor bookings
n
Support leasing, inspections, and routine inspection processes
