Supervisor/Bartender/Assistant Manager – Lucky You Darling

Lucky You Darling is a recent Chinese-inspired wine bar located in Darlinghurst. We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor, Bartender or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

This chance is open to an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor/Bartender who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The role

Lead by example and take an active role on the restaurant floor

Recruit, train and develop the front-of-house team

Manage daily operations and ensure every service runs smoothly

Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experience

Manage staff performance and create a positive team culture

Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team

Handle customer feedback and resolve problems professionally

About you

Restaurant management experience, strong Assistant Restaurant Manager,



or Supervisor experience

Punctual, reliable and well organised

Confident managing and developing your own team

Hands-on and comfortable working in a busy, high-volume restaurant

Robust communication and problem-solving skills

Basic wine and beverage knowledge

Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service
