Monday to Friday – rostered shifts (minimum 4-hour shifts; maximum 8 hours)

Training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients in a warm, friendly and qualified manner
/n
Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries
/n
Book, confirm and coordinate appointments
/n
Process patient accounts and payments
/n
Prepare referrals, correspondence and medical documentation
/n
Provide administrative support to doctors and nursing staff
/n
Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
/n
Prepare consulting rooms as required
/n
Complete general administrative duties to support daily practice operations
/n

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems

Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
