You'll play an key role supporting our operations team with administration, employee onboarding, travel coordination and day-to-day office support.

/n

No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from welcoming new starters and coordinating site requirements through to reporting, document management and general business support.

/n

You'll be supported by an experienced team and have the opportunity to build your skills while gaining exposure across different areas of the business.

/n

In this role, you will:

/n

/n
Coordinate onboarding activities, site inductions, PPE and mobilisation requirements for new employees.

/n
Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.

/n
Support reporting, data entry and general administrative tasks.

/n
Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation and other employee logistics.

/n
Provide day-to-day administration and customer support to internal stakeholders.

/n
Assist with document management, filing and updating business systems.

/n

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception or office support.

/n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

/n
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

/n
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

/n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

/n
Robust organisational skills and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
