Asa Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality foodwhile maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, presentation andservice.

WhatWe're Looking For
n
n
Experience in a la carte-corporate catering or 5-star hotels is ideal
n
Passion for producing exceptional food with anemphasis on presentation and attention to detail
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (orequivalent)
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or above
n
Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, andWHS requirements
n
Valid Police Check or willingness to obtainone
n




Current Queensland Blue Card (Working withChildren Check) or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable
n
Demonstrated creativity,
professionalism,reliability
and the ability to work independently
n

UniformRequirements

n
Long-sleeved white chef jacket, chef pants, apron, chefhat, safety shoes and knives
n
n
