More about the role

You'll be :
n
n
Working in a team.
n
Friendly customer service – including an unwitting ability to be empathetic and positive towards your clients, without dropping your amazingly professional attitude
n
Onsite and remote support – including troubleshooting technical issues over the phone with clients (using remote tools when necessary)
n
Tech services – such as system rollouts, backup restorations and workshop PC/Server support
n
n
Experience with the following technologies is beneficial:

Networking
n
Office 365
n
SharePoint
n
All forms of Desktop Support Windows 11
n
n

Passion for technology and proven experience working with IT software, hardware, networks and peripherals
n
Previous tech support experience;
n
Proven customer service experience and a drive to help people
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to pick up new technologies and learn new systems quickly
n
Ability to relay technical terminology to non-technical people
n
Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
