Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the property management cycle, including leasing, tenant relations, & property maintenance.
Conduct property inspections (open homes, entry/exit inspections, and routine checks).
Maintain effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Manage trust accounting procedures with precision.
Prepare and process tenancy agreements and relevant documentation.
Proactively generate new business opportunities.
What we're looking for




A Current Certificate of Registration or License.
A current NSW driver's licence and reliable transport
Minimum of 6 months-1 years experience in property management (Traning Provided).
Robust customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
Professional presentation and a solid work ethic.
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred, but not mandatory
