We are seeking an experienced OHS Coordinator to support our teams and drive a strong safety culture across the business.
n
About the Role
n
This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating OHS compliance, risk management, safety systems, training and return-to-work activities.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Monitor OHS compliance, inspections, audits and corrective actions.
n
Support risk assessments, SWMS and safe work procedures.
n
Manage contractor and subcontractor OHS compliance and inductions.
n
Coordinate incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
n
Deliver and coordinate safety training, inductions and toolbox talks.
n
Maintain OHS systems, registers and documentation.
n
Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures.
n
Promote effective safety consultation, communication and a positive safety culture.
n
Monitor and report OHS KPIs, incidents and performance.
n




Coordinate return-to-work processes and support injured workers throughout their recovery.
n
Liaise with WorkSafe, rehabilitation providers, treating practitioners and other stakeholders as required.

About You
n
n
Certificate or Diploma in OHS/WHS or equivalent.
n
Experience in an OHS/WHS coordination role, preferably within construction or a similar environment.
n
Strong understanding of OHS legislation, compliance and risk management.
n
Experience with return-to-work coordination and safety training.
n
Solid communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
n
Current White Card.
n
First Aid/CPR certification.
n
Return-to-Work Coordinator certification is desirable.
n
Experience in the electrical and or Data field is desirable.
