3 GILLZ PTY LTD T/A AUSCARZ AUTO HUB is seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team in Braybrook, VIC. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a diverse range of vehicles to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing
n
Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostic assessments
n
dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components, and checking parts
n
reassembling engines and parts after being repaired
n
Carrying out scheduled servicing and maintenance tasks
n
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
n
Replacing worn or faulty parts and components
n
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
n
Maintaining detailed records of work undertaken
n
Adhering to all relevant safety and compliance standards
n
What we're looking for
n
Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics (Cert IV or Higher)
n
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Motor Mechanic,



preferably in a workshop environment
n
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Knowledge of current automotive industry regulations and best practices
n
