We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Administration team as and Administration Assistant / Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for anyone visiting the dealership
Answering phone enquiries and directing calls




General Reception / Front Desk duties including Guest Services
Preparation of internal reports as required
Daily Banking and EFT reconciliations
General Data entry and administrative support task including general account payable & receivable processes
Preparation and completion of vehicle registrations
Maintaining processes for paper and electronic filing systems
Processing vehicle deal packs accurately in accordance with accounting guidelines and timelines
Liase effectively with various departments across the dealership.
Ideal Candidate will have / be
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills with explicit and professional verbal communication skills
Superior Customer Service Standards
Highly organised with good attention to detail
The ability to demonstrate behaviours that align with the company's vision, acting as a positive ambassador for the dealership and for Toyota within the wider community.
