Service Concierge & Trainee Service Advisor
. This unique role combines front-of-house customer service responsibilities with structured training and development toward becoming a successful Service Advisor.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding service experience while learning all aspects of automotive service operations.
Working alongside experienced Service Advisors, Technicians and Service Managers, you will gain hands-on experience in vehicle servicing operations, customer communication, bookings, repair order management and customer retention strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop a rewarding career within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers in a skilled, friendly and engaging manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.
Manage service bookings and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate customer transport requirements where necessary.
Maintain a welcoming reception and customer lounge environment.
Process payments and assist with daily administration tasks.
Support customer follow-up activities to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Ensure every customer receives a seamless and positive service experience.
Trainee Service Advisor Duties
Assist with vehicle check-in and repair order creation.
Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Communicate vehicle progress and service recommendations to customers.
Learn how to prepare estimates, quotations and maintenance recommendations.




Support Service Advisors throughout the repair process.
Develop skills in customer retention and service maintenance planning.
Assist with vehicle handovers and explanation of completed repairs.
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
Learn dealership systems, manufacturer processes and best-practice service procedures.
What We're Looking For

The ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A willingness to learn and develop a career in automotive service.
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, retail or customer service is highly regarded.
Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential.
Current driver's licence preferred.
