Top CBD Mid-Tier firm seeking an experienced
Client Service Administrator
to join the Business Services & Tax team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys
client contact, administration, compliance and working closely with professional advisers
.
You'll be an integral part of the team, supporting Directors and clients while keeping administration, workflow and compliance activities running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing client enquiries and correspondence
ASIC annual reviews, company changes and incorporations
Coordinating client approvals and outstanding information
Assisting with billing, workflow and job administration
Supporting ATO administration and compliance processes
Maintaining accurate client and company records




Supporting the wider Business Services & Tax team
About You
Ideally you'll have
3+ years' experience in administration, client service or professional services
.
ASIC and corporate secretarial processes
Company structures and compliance
Managing competing priorities and deadlines
Most importantly, you'll be organised, proactive, professional and confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
.
