What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport
n
Assist customers with buying, selling and loaning goods
n
Accurately enter data and follow compliance procedures
n
Assess and value items such as jewellery,



electronics and tools (training provided)
n
Keep the store presentable: pricing, tagging, organising stock
n
Handle cash and valuables with honesty and care
n
Support your team to achieve daily goals
n
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance (Aceben shirts provided)
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
At least 1 year customer service experience
n
High attention to detail
n
Punctual, reliable and able to work independently
n
Energetic, motivated and willing to learn
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
n
Honest, trustworthy and responsible
n
Interest in jewellery, electronics or second-hand goods is a bonus
n
Previous pawnbroking, jewellery or cash-handling experience is welcome but not essential
n

Role Details

Casual position
n
Approx. ***** hours per week, including every Saturday
n
No Sunday trading
n
Must be available to work at Cambelltown Liverpool or Parramatta locations as required
n
Pay based on skills and experience
n
A 100-point ID check and police check is required before starting
