The Role:

Liaising with tenants and landlords
n
Conducting routine inspections
n
Conducting outgoing inspections
n
Coordinating repairs and
maintenanceResponding
to tenant and landlord enquiries
n
Managing email correspondence
n
Assisting the Senior Property Manager with general portfolio duties
n
Providing day-to-day property management support
n
n
About You:

A current Certificate of Registration
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
A professional and well-presented approach
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
A genuine interest in developing your career within property management
