Job Description
Corestaff is looking for anenergetic, organised and motivated personto join our team as a Recruitment Administrator.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves keeping things organised and is keen to learn something new. You don't need to be an experienced recruiter - we're looking for the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
n
Working alongside our Account Manager, you'll be an important part of the team, helping us connect great people with great opportunities across the construction, manufacturing, logistics and other blue-collar industries.
n
Every day will be different, and you'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of recruitment while developing valuable skills and building a long-term career.

What you'll be doing
n
No two days will be exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing general administration support, including data entry, scanning and archiving
n
Screening applications and booking candidate interviews
n
Preparing and posting job advertisements
n
Maintaining candidate availability and our recruitment database
n
Issuing and maintaining candidate inductions
n
Managing candidate licences, tickets and documentation
n
Maintaining our PPE register
n
Helping keep the office running smoothly and supporting the team wherever needed
n

Previous administration experience is highly regarded, and experience in recruitment, construction, manufacturing or logistics would be an advantage - but it's not essential.
