Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse & Purchasing Officer to manage inventory, coordinate purchasing activities, and support the productive operation of our warehouse. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administration, supplier relationships, and warehouse coordination.

Key responsibilities

Raise and process purchase orders
n
Source and negotiate with suppliers
n
Monitor stock levels and reorder inventory
n
Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods
n
Conduct stock takes and inventory audits
n
Maintain accurate inventory records
n
Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries and pricing
n
Support warehouse organisation and compliance requirements
n
Assist with logistics and freight coordination
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or warehouse operations
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
Forklift licence (desirable)
n
Understanding of supply chain and stock management principles
n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
